A little bit about me.
Hi I'm Charlotte,
I'm an account manager. I am bold, confident and social - vital skills when working with clients!
Most of the time my presence in a room is obvious due to my bold nature. I am a “people person”. I connect with people easily and am always finding something to talk about or bond over.
I have a huge passion for music and arts, I love going to concerts and galleries. I believe in collecting experiences not materialistic things.
Prior to studying Advertising, I studied Marketing at RMIT. I currently work for a tech start-up company in operations and customer service. The skills acquired in this role give me an advantage as I am excellent at communicating with clients professionally and understanding client briefs. I am curious and strive to learn. I discovered I wanted to work as an account manager while working on university projects. I naturally gravitated towards this role because this is where my best skills lie.
When I was young people would ask me what I wanted to do when I grew up, and I would always say “I want to work in advertising”. I am a determined person and I work hard with dedication to pursue my dreams.
I am confident and work well in a group environment which is why advertising is the industry I have chosen to work in, I work best with other like minded people who I can share and grow ideas with.

To this date I have accrued a number of skills and achievements that I am proud of. These include working as an intern with a market research company named ‘Colmar Brunton’. I gained a deep understanding of the market research industry whilst working alongside the Colmar Brunton team.
I was a team leader of the Hungry Talks program at RMIT. It was a webinar series which featured a new guest from the industry over a ten week span.
